Feel Porto Antique Poveiros Flat I

I was very well received as soon as I arrived in Portugal by Flat in Porto. Paula paid attention to me and understood my accommodation needs. In the two years I used the company's services everything went very well and therefore I leave here my thanks and my recommendation of a very positive experience.

Unfortunately, what you claimed in your response to Ana is just not true. We spent two days cleaning the apartment, which really meant washing the floors, dusting the entire home (although it was all dusty when we arrived!) cleaning the bathrooms, etc. I checked the contract right after cleaning the apartment and was surprised to find that you only mentioned that the dishes and the kitchenware should all be cleaned before leaving, failing which a cleaning fee will be retained from the deposit. We did so much more than that and you still dare to say that we did not respect the contract. You did not respect the contract, as you sent us back an abusively diminished deposit after more than one month, although, as provided in the contract, it should have been sent after maximum 14 days. As for the personal stuff, we left some perishable items in the fridge assuming you would come the following day to clean the apartment. The rest of the items were spices, coffee, tea, cereals, cleaning supplies and hygiene products. We were happy to find the same type of items when we arrived and thought the future tenants would do the same. And if what you mean through “lots of personal stuff” is objects such as a perfume bottle or a pair of shoes, they did not fit in our luggage and we had to leave them behind. We believed that you or someone else you know might want them. Now, I really think you are blaming us for the job YOU did not get done in time. I have strong evidence to think that you did not come to see the apartment after we left. Instead, you let everything in the fridge spoil, maybe you let the dust nicely settle. As a feedback: Paula B seemed very professional, kind and friendly and she has been very helpful and responsive when we had some issues with the electricity in our building. Her employee/colleague Paula C was very rude and threatened us with overcharges without even having seen the apartment in the first place. However, because they are a team, I do not recommend them for long-term rentals.
