Windows view at walls and roofs with noisy restaurant below. Shower holder broken - hard to fix it to take shower. Shower cabin old, with black corners. Best were Egyptian cotton bedsheets left from Radisson. Room had washing machine, but when we asked for powder we were sent to buy it ourselves. Need 100 gr? Go carry 3 kg. I believe that is too cheap to save on washing powder for your clients. Location good, near the ferry station. So you can avoid traffic jams while visiting center

Gret service and welcoming on the first day after that you will be shocked, no daily cleaning, WiFi not working

Wifi not work for 2 days the reception told us after one day work and then not work no one solve the problem- The power went out in our suite for four hours - the location is great just also in the bathroom there is a leak in the shower Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the experiment 🚶🏾‍♀️💔

Overall it's a great place, the rooms are beautiful and spacious. What I didn't like was that we hadn't received any room cleaning. Another disadvantage was that quite close to the hotel, there is a bar which makes it extremely difficult to sleep at night due to the loud music and above all, loud people and disrespectful bodyguards!! I mean, the noise and the disrespect of the people aren't the fault of the hotel though, but we told the staff about it and nothing changed. However, the main negative aspect was the heating process of the water for showering. We had to shower quickly as the temperature of the water dropped so fast. (This was in our apartment, I don't know about others)

We have stayed for 2 weeks. Location is great , stuff is amazing,the size of the rooms are ok however if you need a good sleep it is impossible due to the night club called Ruby. Every night there are disrespectful people shouting , fighting and body guards talking loud beside lots of car engine noises. The noise starts about 12 am in the morning till 4.30-5.00 am . We loved the place and the stuff ( Berkay, Yilmaz, Soner are amazing)but sleepless night were awful. Never again..
