Hotel has a good vibe it is super clean, up-to-date and bright so definitely 5/5. The hotel staff at reception so the receptionists and bell boys are a credit to the hotel they are very helpful and respectful nothing is too much for them to do and for this reason made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. So thank you receptionists and bell boys Hasan, Eyüp, Baha, Tuna, Efe and Aziz so greatful for your help and smiley faces during my stay from the United Kingdom you made my stay much better and once again you're all a credit to the hotel. 5/5 🙏🏼 (Management please pass this to your staff.) The hotel restaurant has good views and food but only one downside is the pointless manager just sitting around bothering customers to pay constantly so just ignore him apart from that perfect view and food. Open breakfast is perfect. 5/5 to the food and view. 0/0 for the pointless manager. The hotel room during my stay was cleaned daily with clean sheets. Room smells nice and clean. Toilet and shower up-to-date and clean. Carpet floor clean no issues. 5/5 Overall - Perfect hotel in Uskudar/Istanbul definitely will be coming back. Ground floor staff made the stay better. Rooms modern and clean with perfect views. Breakfast perfect spot on and within the package. May Otel Uskudar - Thank you for a fantastic service and will definitely be coming back here from the United Kingdom.

I travel fairly often for work and personal and have stayed in many hotels but May Otel Uskudar was an experience. Every single person gave me and my wife an exceptional service and attention. I would highly recommend this hotel, I would give 10 stars if it was an option. From cleanliness, service to location etc.

Herkese bize sundugu hizmetten dolayi tesekkur ederim The best thing about staying at this hotel 1 -very clean 2 -employees are super helpful, especially the reception service is super 3 -excellent breakfast 4 -right in the centre with everything you need at your fingertips
