Wonderful hotel with clean rooms, friendly service and a pool. We stayed for two nights and would have prolonged our stay if we did not have a flight booked out of BKK already. The hotel is located at a tiny road and is built around a pool in the middle, making the area wonderfully tranquil and relaxing. The rooms are medium sized, super clean and have all the usual amenities like free coffee and water each day, toothbrush and -paste, showergel and shampoo as well as a hair dryer and electric kettle. Staff is super friendly and helpful with everything and speaks perfect English. I would absolutely book with them again.

Pretty good hotel. Rooms were simple, clean, and spacious. The location is in a good spot within walking distance of lots of attractions. I liked the quiet canal that’s nearby. Distances are bigger than you might expect, the blocks are huge here. If you’re looking for laundry, check out the one that’s near Jay Fai.

This place was awesome and so close to all the temples! Super beautiful and fun little place for the whole family. Our two year old loved looking at the koi pond I'm the cafe. Really enjoyed our stay here would highly recommend it to anyone else that is in the area!

We came here with my family (2 adults, 2 kids, and 1 infant). There are not many budget friendly options for families, but this place worked out perfectly. The little courtyard inside is so nice and peaceful. There was a pond with fishes that my girls loved, and the hotel workers gave them fish food in the morning. There is a massage place right mext to the hotel that is open till 10 and Alice bakery and cafe has good latte. The only downside is that we lived on 4th floor with no elevator... we used the stairs as a daily work out, everytime we had to go up to the room 🙃. We also had a good view from our window.
