Good rooms, love the location not far from things but away from a lot of the hustle and bustle of the Khaosan area. But the staff aren't always the most attentive. You might struggle a bit with checking in and checking out as they can be very slow. They really need to change check-in time because it conflicts with the check-out time and you can be waiting a while for your room to be ready.

Place is good. It was very quite in the night, actually this accommodation is hidden from the whole bankog trouble. Really creative design of the images/pictures at this place, but without a concept :) Tiny rooms with fan and its can get really hot in the night. But still a cozy place offering tea/coffee, fruits and more all day long. One thing I really didn't liked was that you have no privacy in the toilets. There are 2 bathrooms, but they are wall at wall, so you can hear the other person breath in the other toilet. So my suggestion, please isolate the wall! Cheers :)

Basic but comfortable. A good choice for the budget conscious traveller. A little music outside early in the evening but it died off. Walls are very thing but guests seem to be mindful of that when moving around. Room consisted of two beds, air con, small table, towels provided for the two toilets/showers
