Rooms were nice and big. Neatly managed. A bit lacking in breakfast menu because there are only a few choices but service was good. Robby at the restaurant was always there to help you if needed anything manageable. Centrally located nearby tang city mall is the best part.

The rooms differ from one to another. Even the facilities were comparable, but still it's not standardized. Located inside the area of the shopping center and city center of Tangerang. Otherwise they didn't give more facilities like restaurant or cafe inside the property, and shared facilities with the apartment occupants.

Room was good, service was excellent, kids very happy at the beautiful pool. breakfast? seriously? not even an omelette. i clearly remember the food, they're only salad (lettuce not even cut), fruit, bread (have to ask for the refill🙄), porridge, main course buffet (only carbo🙄, fried rice, mie goreng nice, potato wedges, dry ayam suir) kek manaa?? better get yours without breakfast ✨

There are several reasons why this hotel did not meet my expectations: 1. Suddenly, the room we booked had an electrical problem, so we were downgraded to a cheaper room. They offered free breakfast and a late check-out as compensation, but it didn't seem worth it. 2. In the pictures in their Instagram, the cheaper room had a washing machine, but it turned out there wasn't any. 3. The breakfast was not tasty and unsatisfying. 4. Only one small bottle of soap and shampoo was provided for a room that can accommodate 3 people. 5. We requested a lake view for the cheaper room, but were given a city view. 6. The AC in one of the rooms was difficult to turn on. 7. One of the contact person in night shift (WhatsApp) is not friendly and seems to be very lazy to answer our questions. Also very difficult to contact.
