Long term stay serviced apartments in Hanoi. Except for the fact that there are almost no affordable restaurants, supermarkets or convenience stores nearby that I could walk to, the location is excellent and the rooms are large and well equipped to my satisfaction. The washer/dryer in the room was the main reason we stayed here. It was nice to be able to wash all the laundry that had accumulated. I would have liked to have used the pool, although we were not able to use it for one night. Breakfast was delicious, in the dining room of the room with a kitchen, as it is possible to take everything back to the room to eat. I was very satisfied with the variety of food. The hotel staff were all young, friendly, cheerful and pleasant.

All fantastic! I have to said thank you to Chiaki the manager and her team to make us feel so good and special! The best costumer service I had!!! - the rooms are amazing, beautiful interior design, amazing shower, love the sofa, the kitchen and all - the breakfast fantastic!! - the swimming pool and sauna are just wowwww!!! Thank you again! we came for 3 nights at the end we spend 15 days!

We stayed with my family (wife and two kids) for almost two weeks and it was great. Excellent service and great facilities. The breakfast is healthy and varied and the indoor swimming is very good, quite big size and suitable for swimming. There are two small areas suitable for kids too in the pool.

I unfortunately did not get to stay here due to getting sick while in Thailand. I had to stay in Thailand to get well. The reason I am adding this review is because I want people to know the high level of customer service they have. They graciously allowed me to cancel after the cancellation period. This says a lot about the kind of hotel they are, I am so grateful. I hope to stay here if I get an opportunity to go to Hanoi in the future.
