I had to book here last minute because easyJet had cancelled my flight. The team were super helpful at a stressful time and very patient as I sorted out my plans. The room is very comfortable and location is brilliant. That said if you want a quiet room be careful which one you book as the street at the front can be a bit loud. That said, a great experience.

Exceptional location!!! In the super center, but quiet. New and charming rooms, equipped with an entrance with kitchenette and every comfort. Good breakfast (no table service) The only waitress present in the kitchen behind the small breakfast room was only responsible for washing the dishes and tidying up for the next shift (she prepared excellent muffins) But nothing is missing. Breakfast was 3 slots 8.00/8.40 9.00/9.40 10/10.40 therefore restrictive for some customers. Being a pedestrian area, I advise against arriving by car. In front of the b&b there is a large shopping center also equipped with paid parking (11 euros per day). I recommend this property.

The structure is in the center, in a pedestrian street, therefore in a top position. The room was very nice, well furnished, the bathroom is small. Excellent breakfast, varied, shame about the breakfast ladies not being very present in replenishing the food on the breakfast buffet table and they didn't know much English, so it was a little difficult to communicate. Mine is not intended as a criticism but only as advice for the bathroom: the sink tap would be much better if placed the other way, because being small it is also difficult to brush your teeth; There are no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom, perhaps behind the bathroom door itself would be the best solution. No to the toilet roll holder placed on the floor in a vertical position, it is inconvenient, a wall hook would be better.

We were positively surprised by our stay. It is a small guesthouse located above Fábrica de Natas. The service was all carried out via WhatsApp, including check in, we only had contact with staff at breakfast. The room was the same as described in the advertisement. The guesthouse offers tea/coffee during the day for guests. The breakfast was simple, but with a good variety. The room was clean and organized. It had a mini bar. The shower worked well, except in the morning the water pressure seemed to be lower. The location is good for those who really want to enjoy the vibe of the city. It is on a busy street, so there is noise during the day, but nothing that bothered us. At night it was silent and even at night the street was quite empty.

Amazing location from which to explore the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities. The doors made a bit of noise when someone entered the property and could be heard. One issue was that they don't know English but we found a way to communicate. The breakfast was very poor and not enough for everyone, this happened almost every day (the biggest disappointment), but there are enough shops and markets very close for breakfast and more. Otherwise our stay was pleasant I would recommend it.
