Picturesque building with very vintage rooms, big garden and free parking. The front desk staff was very attentive, the breakfast offered is decent for the price with salty and sweet choices. The rooms need mattress improvement ASAP, for the rest it was nice; the rustic/ rural vibes i was looking for.

Comfortable, spacious room with all the required facilities. Very good breakfast with cold cuts, cheese and a huge variety of cakes. Caterina at reception saved the day very kindly this morning as we were at risk of missing our train. 10 out 10 for friendliness and help. Location is quiet, 2.8km from the city which is ideal for a rest after a long day of walking. Siena was the end of our beautiful camino on the Romana Sanese.

Best described as a value for money. Nice villa in close proximity to Siena. Not very warm welcome but at the end the approach was fine. Breakfast room quite tiny and cramped. Bus takes you to up to the city in 5 minutes. Back you can walk in circa 20 or 30 minutes. If you came by car and want to save some money, this is ideal place to stay.
