Great service. Everyone from the cafeteria staff to the front desk and room service. Everyone is super kind and was more than willing to help with anything we needed. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay. I think the one con would be how tight the rooms can be with a lot of luggage but we made it work and just absolutely loved waking up to the view of the water. NOTE: don’t worry about seasickness at all! I get seasickness and motion sickness super easily and did not feel the boat move at all except when I was out on the deck. Rooms are comfortable and warm given we visited in December! Definitely worth it.

We had a lovely time in this amazing hotel! The room seemed bigger in the photos but was still good size, but is was very very hot' even with the heat off!. Breakfast could be better. Some advice: be careful with the steps! (specially the one in the bathroom haha).

Lovely hotel boat to stay on, very reasonable price. I did have to ask for a hair dryer and a kettle. Didn't try any breakfast or evening meal. Room and bathroom were clean and staff on the whole were helpful.

This hotel was perfect for me and my friend's three day trip to Budapest! We stayed two nights—the breakfast buffet each morning was incredible and the beds were very comfortable! For those who get seasick, I didn't feel the boat move a single time so it shouldn't be a problem! The staff are incredibly nice and the service we recieved was top notch. Do bear in mind, there is a very small "tourist tax" (for us it was 1 euro), but the website we booked with told us about this beforehand. I highly recommend this boat hotel!
