We were on vacation for our cruise and we booked this hotel because it was close to the terminal and airport, inexpensive,great view,and great reviews from Google and my sister. Let me just say everyone was great! The staff were friendly, attentive,and so welcoming. We received complimentary glasses of wine upon arrival,the rooms were spacious,clean,nice marble flooring,the appliances were nice and also had cookware provided as well,the food and drinks at the restaurant were really awesome and the staff went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely book here again and strongly suggest anyone to give them a try. 😁

This place is the best! It has exactly service and staff,And that's not mentioning the rooms! The hotel overall is a perfect stay for family And/Or Tourists visiting Miami.I have gone to Hundreds of hotels, and out of ALL of them, this is the BEST and my personal favorite! 😃 Don't even let me get started on the food. The meals they have at Madisons are AMAZING! Thank you, guys, for letting us have such an AMAZING stay! I would definitely recommend ☺️

The four of us recently spent 4 days at this great hotel, located just steps away from great transportation options such as the Metro Mover, and the various trolleys that move around the area. Dining options abound within a very walkable distance. We arrived at Fortune House on January 2nd, and, thanks to Arman, we were given a spectacular upgrade to the 21st floor with an incredible ocean view. Truly stunning! So lovely to sit on the balcony in the morning as well as the evening and take in the awesome scene! Thanks Arman! A great stay, at a very reasonable price, with staff that know the meaning of Customer Service! Thank you all.
