Beautiful apartment (202) with an incredible view. While not the best area it's really quite fine. Check in was well communicated and an absolute pleasure. It is completely self catering so just take care of it like it's your own place. Had a stunning stay overall.

Beautiful place to be. We really enjoyed our stay here. Even thought there a small gitch with the braai area but the place is clean and very safe. The rooms the quite beautiful and we got at least most of the things we expected to get in here. But the is a room for improvement and make this place more fun and more accomdative. I recommend FortyonL without a doubt.

The view from the penthouse is amazing. However the customer service was appalling. Check in was at 3pm but we were made to wait an extra half an hour so that the rooms could be tidied. When we entered the apartment, there was a strong smell of cannabis which remained throughout our stay. And to make matters worse, we were falsely accused of leaving the room in a bad state and disturbing the neighbors when the actual perpetrators were the previous guests. No apology or compensation was offered.
