We spent 8 nights in the beginning of Sept. The location was perfect with parking available for our day trips . The apts are spacious, beds extremely comfortable. Bathrooms are accessible which we needed. Staff was responsive to questions. A little noisy early due to nearby construction but we would definitely stay again

Stayed for Xmas (8 nights) AMAZINGLY helpful staff, couldn't do enough for us, beautifully appointed apartment, few 'snags' which wherever possible were sorted quickly by reception. Fab location for us, can't wait to return. THANK YOU Premier Suites. The Gillivers.

Stayed here for 9 nights on our recent holiday in Edinburgh. Apartment was well equipped with a fridge, cooktop, combination oven/microwave, combination washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and smart TV's in both the sitting room and bedrooms. Apartment was clean and comfortable with Queen sized beds, good shower/toilet and lift access. 5 minutes walk from Haymarket station and tram terminal giving you easy access to Waverley station and Edinburgh CBD. Tram runs from Airport through Edinburgh CBD and all the way to Newhaven, which is one stop after Ocean Terminal where the Britannia is moored. It's a 20 minute ride from Haymarket to Ocean Terminal and a return ticket is £3.80, which is much cheaper than the hop on, hop off bus or a taxi. Hop on, hop off bus pickup point is an easy 15 minutes walk from apartment and good value for money if you are staying for several days. Several small supermarkets also within easy walk - Tesco, Sainsbury and M&S - and plenty of cafe eating options close by as well. Great place to stay, no need to be any closer to attractions and would happily stay here again.

If you want to end up on the street, this is the place to book.! Arrived before their announced closing time for the day, they were not here, didnt leave key (sent an email 4 hrs before arrival that went to spam with no keys left). No phone to call, no emergency phone number either. One of the people staying there came while Im trying to find a solution with my family, said they have no emergency number to call, fire alarm was sounding all night the day before and they couldnt get to management. STAY AWAY! I obviously have no information about whats inside there front door
