Very clean hotel by the airport with amazing customer service. We checked in here after over 19 hours of travel and cancellations from our airlines. The front desk staff was so helpful and kind even as we came in without a prior booking and past midnight. She checked if we needed anything and went above and beyond. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We didn’t realize the hotel had a shuttle to the airport which we took in the morning morning. What a nice surprise and Laurie the Navy vet driver was so pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and it was the one good experience we have had in our entire day of traveling and dealing with customer service reps.

My stay was great! Although I didn't fly in our out the reason I booked with this hotel, I booked because it was within 5 miles of two places I came in town to visit. The young lady at the front counter was friendly; I didn't run into other staff members, for my visit was literally one morning in and out the next day. The lobby and room was cleaned to my satisfaction. However, the elevator floor and hallways could use some attention. I kept seeing random pieces of trash that you could tell had been sitting for a day or so. I understand you don't want to inconvenience your guest by running the vacuum, but nothing was major that a quick pan and broom wouldn't have taken care of. Again - my short stay was perfect, and when I'm in the area, I'll definitely return.

We were part of a large group at the hotel for a conference. The evening we all arrived the hotel was understaffed and two people were attending the over-crowded bar. Azana and Desiree were excellent - cool under pressure, warm and friendly with the guests, surprisingly fast given the press of orders. They were amazing! Thank you for this incredible staff!

I ordered dinner at the bar the other night with my wife and Desiree waited on us. She was absolutely delightful! The service was excellent. She made us freshly squeezed lemonade and a hot toddy. I appreciate her going above and beyond. It was as if the word “no” isn’t in her vocabulary. She made both my wife and I feel special. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. 5/5 SERVICE!
