Honestly, it's always a pleasure to stay here. The rooms are clean and feel modern, smaller issues here and there, like the shower leaking slightly on the floor, but all in all- comfortable rooms, pool, good food and great connectivity to the rest of Munich. Would recommend this as a home away from home.

This was probably one of the weirdest stays I have experienced. Hotel is a part of a really big and ugly building block which is shared by offices and houses too. So as a result, you have nearly always waiting lines at the lifts. There is no room service. Even when you are c/in you carry your luggage and all. Rooms are ok but heating is provided by an old wall heater which is -at least in my case- covered by a bench and as a result the room is not hot enough. My room had a balcony which has neither a chair nor a small table at the balcony. Breakfast is really mediocre with not a wide variety of food. But it has a nice indoor pool on top. It has good connection to city with train and buses. If you are visiting the place for work, which is taking place in Arabellapark then it makes total sense to stay here. If not, I can neither say avoid this place nor suggest this place. It is a unique experience :)

Housekeeping doesn't refill amenities during or before your stay. We checked in late at night, the shower gel bottle was empty and shampoo was empty when we first arrived. No bath ropes or slippers provided in the room, you will have to go fetch them at the front desk. and no bath ropes in the room. Everything you need you will have to go down and fetch the items yourself. We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel, we used up the tissue box on the first night as there weren't many left in there and no extra box was provided. The housekeeping didn't provide a new tissue box on day 2, not even day 3. Reception was not contactable using the room's phone quick dial. We called the hotel's phone number to try to reach the reception with no luck. Service-wise, it wasn't satisfying for the price we are paying. Location wise, it is a 5-6 minute walk to the station, the station is situated on the edge of zone M. We will not stay here again.

I stayed here for four nights in September 2023 and both me and my fiancé agree that it was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. This property is old and has not been renovated in a long time, The entire building is not the hotel, so you are sharing elevators with people going up to condos and even business offices. The building is slated for demolition within the next few years because it is obsolete. In the Past few years it has been downgraded from a Sheraton to a four points Sheraton, which is lower end, there is no concierge or help with luggage. Our room was not what was promised, so we had them give us a different room which had a larger bed, but the rest of the room was extremely small, neither room had a balcony as shown in the pictures. Most of the time I called down to the front desk there was no answer, even after ringing for a few minutes. it is run on a skeleton crew and there is only one or two people there at night. We had to use two different elevators to get up to our room because of the way the building is constructed. The rooms look like they were very nice 20 years ago and not renovated since. The interiors of the rooms were a little beat up and quite dated. The pool on the top floor is very nice however, and so is the sauna. I would definitely not stay here again or recommend it to anyone. I actually considered switching hotels but didn’t want the hassle for our short trip.

Lovely reception area, nice clean rooms Some of the waiters really need to learn some manners!! Very dissatisfied with one in particular this morning- putting coffee pots in empty tables & not where I was sitting, the afore mentioned & another member of staff laughed at myself when I asked if I could get some coffee ☕️ then muttered some remark in German! Sunday morning breakfast - reception lady was polite & welcoming, however the manners of the waitress was terrible!! No consistency I have noticed!! All guests should be treated EQUALLY 🖕🏻
