Rooms are very basic with concrete floors and a shower are in the room separated by a curtain only. Location might have been acceptable if the teams were running. One of the front desk staff was incompetent. We asked for a cab the night before leaving and while she wrote it down, in the morning she had amnesia. Breakfast was very good but I don’t recommend this hotel for the price.

Very cool quite central hotel that is themed on music. Good selection of vinyl in reception to play on your in room record player. Highly recommend you try it. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant food not extensive but well cooked and tasty. Forgot to take photos of food..too busy eating. But did take pics of cocktails. Ask for Singapore sling speacialty!

The property was located close to center and 5 min walk to the metro station. Some of the staff was really nice and very polite. When we called and requested help with a taxi from the airport to the establishment, the staff didn’t provide us with any help, something that i found extremely strange. The bathroom was a cabin in the room and when u were having a bath water was leaking all over the room’s floor. The cleanness of the rooms, especially corners etc was not the best, a lot of dust gathered etc. When requested coffee from the bar, it was not available at early afternoon every day ( we still haven’t figured out when we could order coffee). Lastly, what i didn’t like most was that every time u requested help from the front desk the answer of the personnel was constantly “No”.

Basically no heating whatsoever even they did not turn them on in snowy and freezing conditions that Munich experienced in this past weekend. Everyone complained but still they didn’t bother about it. I got sick, my daughter got sick. My client stayed one night and left. I want my money back for everything. However I thank the staff as they were understanding and helpful.

The staff was nice, but for example we did not get a drink coupon like our friends who arrived and stayed the exact same time as us, why? Who knows... The breakfast place is tiny the food is the same every day, eggs or omlette needs to be ordered, but it takes so long, we finished with two rounds of croissants and some yoghurt by then, and we didn't even get what we ordered either... At one point there were no cups to drink from, so I had no liquid for breakfast. The location is great to get to the city, but could not sleep with an open window, there was always some noise. The room was super hot, there was no thermostat in the room to costumize the heat. The minibar was free, 1 bubbly water, 1 still, plus a bubbly applejuice, but is not restocked. The room was nice but the shower was leaking, so we had to use 2 towels to soak that up daily at least. No netflix or possibility to connect your phone to the TV, but quite the selection of channels in german. We came to the city by car, we left it at a parking lot for 2 eur per day, as the hotel ofdered a space for 30 eur per day. (Probably a tiny parking garage) We joined in for the new years party, as on the previous day the restaurant manager told us entry is free for the hotel guests, but we ended up having to pay 10 eur per person (included champaigne) and it was veeery crowded, the drink coupon my friends got could not be used, and one cocktail cost 15 eur...didn't really get drunk to say the least 😃 Was not a bad stay, but too many things were off.
