One of my best hotel experiences ever. Everyone was friendly, the room was very nice, cleaned regularly and well throughout our stay. Very nice pool with an outdoor patio that had me dreaming of summer. There is a restaurant here, Fionn Macools offering very reasonably priced breakfast (Dinner and drinks as well). Starbucks is available too. I highly recommend this hotel as it is in the heart of downtown and there are many things to do nearby (water park 5 min walk, museum 5 min walk, river front is 3 blocks away, tons of restaurants and shopping as well. Thank you to the team at Four Points By Sheraton for your wonderful hospitality.

Well let me tell you about Windsors hidden gem! The four points, what a spot! First off the bed was fantastic, very comfortable! Amazing tv with a great picture. My morning shower was so refreshing, my only negative comment about my stay is that I didn’t get to spend more time in the room! I will be back that’s for sure!

So warm and supporting staff :) Only staid for one night, but would like to stay more. Great indoor pools. Good communication with frontdesk. Supported me with shuttle bus to nearby customer meeting at noon. Room comfort superior. My little recommendation: Try to add some vegetables to your breakfast, like oven baked tomatoes :)

Found a bed bug in my room Tuesday January 9 2024, left my room early due to the bug, they offered no refund, left things behind because I was disgusted with the bedbug being in the bathroom while I was showering, and I left immediately after, and the hotel only offered me 5000 points, which is nothing super disappointed with how they dealt with the situation, and the place is bedbug infested. I gave the bedbug to the front counter, and the manager called me later and stated there was no bedbugs in my room, and that no bedbug was found, and nothing was turned into the front counter. Here is the proof don’t stay here it’s disgusting.

My family was racially profiled at this property to say the least. Ann at the front desk should be coached in customer service and her horrible attitude towards guests. Rizwan also needs customer service training, as he doesn't allow guests to express their concerns without interrupting and talking over them. The manager Kimberly was very dismissive of the situation via email. Not all staff are as horrible, for example: Stewart at the front desk was WONDERFUL. Super helpful and apologetic towards that situation (which is all we wanted, just an apology no compensation of any kind we do not care for it.) Thank you again Stewart. Sonia at the bar is amazing, great energy, great food as well. Made us feel welcome and at home in her space.
