We stayed here over New Year's Day and a few days after. Beautiful, classic hotel with outstanding service. Had an absolutely wonderful stay here. Loved the spa, pool, restaurant, cafe and courtyard. Easy to get to other parts of the city from this location.

The employees are all very nice. The lobby is great. The restaurant is very good and has options for vegans. The hallways are not well lit. The decor is very dated and unattractive. The rooms are very spacious but also very corporate. This is not the "Four Seasons" you think of if you've stayed at others. The location is good.

we stayed here for 3 nights on arrival to our first trip to CDMX. The hotel is amazingly cool. The staff are attentive and very friendly. The breakfast place was just joyful and the fifty mils bar just full of great vibes. Happy come back and stay here every time I am in town.
