Rooms were clean, modern and well maintained. Also quiet and comfortable. Check-in was quick and seamless. I had lounge access - food selections were limited late in the evening when I used the lounge, but there was choices for both food, wine and beer as well as non-alcoholic drinks. Access to the airport is fantastic as it is just a short walk from the airport or train station (all covered).

Excellent location in the airport complex in between the terminal & the train station. The hotel facilities are nicely updated. Some are shared with Sheraton on the lobby level. The hotel has an M-lounge on the 9th floor as well. The hotel is 3 min indoor walk from terminal and about 3 min walk as well to the train station. At the train station there is Hilton, and Hilton Garden Inn hotels. A variety of restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, and pharmacy is all nearby within same complex. Room are spacious, club rooms located on 7/8/9 floors with many suites.

Hotel in very pleasant location directly in Frankfurt airport. Ambience and furnishings according to the Marriott standard. The air conditioning did not work properly and could not be turned down so that the room remained above 25° C and did not get cooler. Even opening the window did not help, as the construction did not provide sufficient circulation. Restful sleep was unfortunately not possible. At the reception, I was told that I was apparently not the only guest who had this problem. There I was also told that it was probably due to the fact that the outside temperature was relatively low that night and therefore the air conditioning was not in operation. This is generally a problem in Germany and is probably also related to the rampant energy-saving craze. Strangely enough, I've never had problems of this kind in other countries.

I don't know why so many people give bad reviews but for me everything went smoothly. Rooms are renovated and Theresa at check in was very nice. The only difficult thing is to know where to go but the location is extremely convenient. When you land follow all exit signs and try to find the "long distance" trains. Then go up the escalator and the hotel will be on your right!

Hotel located directly adjacent in Frankfurt airport but VERY difficult to find while your in the airport. (Head towards Terminal A and the 'long distance train station') Ambience and furnishings according to the Marriott standard. The air conditioning did not work properly and could not be turned up or down so that the room remained above 25° C and and stagnant. Even opening the window did not help, as the construction did not provide sufficient circulation.
