A good option for one night in case of a delayed flight or waiting for a plane. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty. Due to a delayed flight, we arrived at the hotel late and hungry. Fortunately, the hotel restaurant was still open. However, the waiter made it quite clear that he was very unhappy about our late order, which negatively affected our overall experience of the stay.

The hotel located directly at the Frankfurt airport terminal 2 , it’s the best choice for the rest , the room is wonderful, clean , designed and comfortable size. But the restaurant needs more people . They offer only heating up pizza and drinks. One person responsible for whole restaurant, I can feel he is over stressed.

So to be honest, I am taking my time to write this review mainly for the amazing human at the reception. We came late at night after hours of delay with our flight and extremely stressed and exhausted. He made everything super nice, uncomplicated and amazing for us also at 02:00 am. He knew that I need a receipt for it and that we would have been checking out early, the moment we got out of the elevator he had everything ready. The rooms are comfortable and the coffee was also nice, didn’t get to try the breakfast unfortunately. We need more of people like him. It was absolutely heartwarming. Thank you once again!!

Booked a wheelchair accessible room which was ready and waiting as well as being state if the art. Room was clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast was ample and well-stocked. There was no restaurant no information about nearby evening possibilities. There is an airport shuttle, but the ongoing construction at Frankfurt Airport - poor signage, insufficient staffage, and outage of services, presented significant delay and confusion. This can be said about most parts of the airport and nearby hotels.
