- DON'T ADVISE TO LIVE IN THIS BUILDING - Very bad experinece living here and very bad amenities (gym in very bad condition, pool is very small and closed most of time, etc). - Bad management. - AC stops working alot and you have to pay hundreds to fix it each time. - The agent I had (Y. B. always tries to send his own people to pretend to fix things and take money for fake services). - When I moved out of the building, Y. B. wanted that I use his own team services for painting and cleaning, and when I sent another team to clean it they did not open the door of the apartment for them and then they did not give water. And he ended up deducting a large amount of money from the security deposit "as compensation for cleaning the apartment".

I don't see anything good in this building. Gym is not working almost 1 year. Swimming pool also. Management can't give clear answer why! No any maintenance at all. And last 3 months I got cocroaches.

Not good at all/ gym is funny all machines are broken/ pool is closed all the time / AC works only in winter/managemnt never replies / it doesn’t match Dubai building standards

Good Building and very good management they do best facilities and events. Everything is good condition now. I so some of reviews about A/c Actually the A/c is separated for each apartment. That responsibility of owners to maintain. For all corridor have separate A/c unit. And Management decided to install new big capacities A/c for all corridors. Soon Inshallah no more problem for A/c and etc............

BE CAREFUL! There are some unpleasant points. The agent showed us an apartment in 10th floor, we liked it and after they showed our parking spot in basement we agreed and cancelled our previous contract. But in 2-3 days they informed that another agent allegedly made contract with someone else and they have another option for us. We had no choice but agree as we already decided to vacate the previous apartment. Even the parking was outside on direct sun. In the room there were some stains on ceiling from water leakage. Agents said it had been fixed but later it turned out that it wasn't fixed. The leakage is from above floor and whenever we remind management they keep on saying that they need owners permission from above floor. Management is not supportive at all. So no trust for agents and building management. Overall there is no noise from outside but sometimes from inside building. You can hear even someone to plug in and out socket in neighbour's apartment, listen to music or even talking. No grocery nearby. The good points: apartments affordable, location is ok, quite in general.
