I experienced a fantastic stay at a modern, fully furnished one-bedroom hotel in Hanoi. The service provided by the front desk staff, including Amy, Alice, Mimi, Tony, and John, was exceptional with their always-ready assistance and friendly smiles. While the restaurant falls short of being the best, the suites themselves are truly outstanding. The only drawback is the location, situated about 30 minutes away from the French Quarter and other tourist attractions.

The room was well cleaned up and I spent a great time on comfortable bed. In addition, the thing worthy to mention is the attitude of the reception clerk(:Ly). She was so sincere and kindly helped me while checking-in/out!

Excellent room and front desk service. Breakfast included in tariff but very limited options for vegetarians and specially for vegans. In other countries like Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Jordan & Turkey the chefs used to go out of their way to to make something like even oats in boiled water and top it with nuts and raisin. Here they did not show any interest. Location: happening place is old quarter and this is very far nearly 40 to 50 mts due to heavy traffic.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in Hanoi. Really had a great experience, living like home here Staff are well trained and helpful As always friendly and warm welcome, For me, a solo business traveler, the biggest advantage of Fraser Suites is that there is no annoying traffic noise in Central. Very suitable for online workers. Thanks to supervisors Dien and Duc Really friendly and helpful Really enjoyed during my stay Well done Guys👍
