My recent stay at L7 West Lake Hotel by Lotte was excellent overall, and I would love to come back.The hotel lobby is impressive with its high ceiling and stylish red brick design, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary elements. The staff at the front desk were friendly. They required a 2 million Vietnamese dong deposit during check-in, which was refunded at check-out.The room design at the hotel reminded me of The Standard Hotel in Thailand, with a modern and trendy style. The room was well-equipped with amenities like a fire mask, ironing board, iron, bedside wireless charging pad, a TV with wireless casting support, and HDMI input. The bathroom featured a bidet toilet, and the shower was from a high-quality German brand, though I wished for slightly stronger water pressure.The hotel's facilities were impressive, featuring a shopping center and even an aquarium. My favorites were the rooftop infinity pool and sauna.The breakfast selection was quite extensive, and paired with the beautiful West Lake view, it was a true delight.I would highly recommend this hotel.

This was a brand new hotel and the staff was still working out a lot of kinks. That being said they were phenomenal. The golf simulator was amazing. The rooms, while modern, felt a little rushed and perhaps too minimalist. My first rooms water pressure was terrible and my bathroom mirror cracked overnight. They requested that I move rooms so they could fix the window. The new rooms water pressure was great but it was across the street from a nightclub which you could hear the DJ and loud beats ALL NIGHT LONG. Otherwise being attached to the Lotte Mall was clutch and the breakfast was great Vive in the lounge was a gem and excellent hostess.

After recently staying at the L7 hotel I would high recommend it. The customer service was great and the team were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very modern and clean with an amazing view of the city. Highly recommend the restaurant and bar on the top floor a great range of drinks & food. Was a great experience will definitely be booking again next time I visit Hanoi.

The rooms were clean and very well designed, the view of west lake is breathtaking. The staff went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was everything you can expect from a high end hoteI, a mix of continental breakfast and local food, the eggs benedict are my personal favorite. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ha Noi.

Service staff and manager from parking blocking people to drive in, decide to get off car directly and walk; staff grab our arm and pull us way out in force. This is not a way treating customer. If this park lane is only for GUEST from hotel then this is way to discriminate. This is such a bad service skill of treating people, shouldn’t happen in this kind of high standard corporate.
