The hotel is in a lovely location. It is quiet of an evening and close to the tube, shops, and pubs. The staff were very kind, helpful and accommodating. The laundry service was a handy. Our room was huge for European standards! Overall very happy and would stay again.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area of London close to Hyde Park and nearby Gloucester Road Station. The front desk personnel are kind to the customers and competent. Also the other employees are really kind and efficient. The perfect solution for both short and long stays, a convenient solution for visiting London.

Booked a 1 bedroom for family. Service was excellent and very welcoming by the front desk. Got a room on the 4th floor with openable window that helps with ventilation. Location is perfect near Gloucester metro, bakery, 24h convenience store etc. Some cons: Hotel is kinda dated. Creaking floors and thin walls. Can hear neighbors washing machine cycle easily. Hot water sometimes ran out.

Well it's a hidden gem in the Kensington area to stay,true value for money,staying up in the central and such and amazing price,the rooms are so beautiful and cozy,if traveling with family go for their 2bhk appartments they are awesome with all the facilities. Kitchenette,washer,dryer,iron board,tv in all rooms, toiletries,fridge, microwave.you can cook here with all the facilities available,10 on 10 place for comfort and luxury.

When I checked in I was told my room had no air conditioning, I asked for compensation for this, and they assured me I would be. I tried talking with management and left messages for the 4 days I stayed there and no response and No compensation. My room had a broken safe, dirty linens, and holes in the wall in the kitchenette. For the price of this room it was unacceptable! I have stayed at several Fraser suites around the world and never had problems, this was shocking. I would never recommend this place!
