Do not spend your money there. The space is super uncomfortable. The kitchen is precarious. The furniture is poor and uncomfortable. Bed linen are cheap and little. The internet doesn’t work. Lastly the host is rude and not trustful.

Very impressed. Caterina was very helpful with all booking and answering questions, always a speedy response. Amazing and lovely place to stay, Valerio was very helpful with check in and out. The rooms were clean well lit and presented. the reception area had tea and coffee facilities and a place to cook, which was a nice touch. Lovely decor. The location was great 10 min walk into central bologna and easy access to the train station. We celebrated a birthday in the restaurant; the food selection was small but food was high quality and the wine was very well selected. The staff in restaurant were lovely and the vibe was chilled and pleasant. Would recommend all round to stay and to eat.

I can't recommended the place. Middle, in the night, the Air Conditioning system stopped heating. We needed to sleep in our jackets not to freeze. I didn't like the reaction of the owner at all.... She didn't compensate our unpleasant stay in any way.
