Perfect place for stay. Silvia is very kind and helpful. Everything was clean and prepared, house is well equipped and has a beautiful garden which you can use. Walking distance from city centre is about 20 minutes.

A magical place to be in the city but at the same time in total relaxation thanks to the garden and the nearby park. The ground floor apartment has a living room (with a private breakfast area with microwave and coffee machine), a bedroom and a bathroom. It's a perfect solution for working remotely.

Lovely apartment, next to a beautiful park near the center of Bologna. Very friendly hostess and close to a bus station and a great bakery. Also a supermarket within walking distance.

We were guests for the concert of the legendary Vasco Rossi in Bologna, we couldn't have made a better choice. Located exactly four steps from the Dall'Ara stadium, and the center can be reached with a very comfortable walk. A small oasis of kindness and comfort. The garden in the Park is like feeling at home. The maximum of stars. Thanks Silviaaaaa!!! We will return to Bologna soon. ❤️
