It was a lovely experience staying at this hotel. All the staff were helpful all the time. Everyone understood English fairly well. The rooms were in excellent condition. The food was good. Breakfast had everything included, eggs, cereal, yoghurt, nuts, mixed fruit, tea and coffee. The gym was a bit under serviced compared to the rest of the hotel, but I managed a good workout.

The location is fantastic, situated right by numerous eateries and within walking distance of major attractions. The hotel itself is on a quiet street, so felt safe to walk home and easy for taxis to pick us up. It was bit more pricier than some other hotels but I would say it's worth it! We booked two twin beds, and the staff accommodated our request to have them placed next door. While the walls were a bit thin, a common occurrence in many hotels in Vietnam it didn't significantly impact our stay. The twin beds were on the smaller side, but the overall aesthetics of the hotel, its cleanliness, and the thoughtful provision of slippers and robes more than made up for it. Breakfast was a highlight, with the chef preparing one of the most delicious Pho dishes we've ever had. Fusion Suites Saigon won us over with its great location, beautiful aesthetics, and attentive service. We would definitely choose to stay here again for our next visit to Ho Chi Minh.Highly recommended!

The hotel seems nice in the pictures and even upon arrival. But you realize quickly most of it is just a facade. We brought our own shower filter and the water quality was the worst at this hotel compared to other hotels we stayed in Vietnam. The filter came out dark brown in one use. The other flaw is that there is no sound proof of the rooms so you can hear the your neighbors talking. I do like the room size and the large window views but the location is a bit away from the main district. It is close by, you just won’t have a pleasant walk to get there because you have to cross many major roads. Breakfast was sub par, not the best variety compared to a different hotel we stayed at that had a lower price range. Overall it was not what I expected. It’s a bit pricey for what you get. The plus side, the bed was comfortable, staff was nice, and they have some amenity like a spa but no swimming pool.

This is not the first time I’ve been here, but after today’s stay, I’d NOT RECOMMEND this hotel anymore due to 2 reasons as below. Firstly, we saw the announcement in the room says that the hotel is under construction during Jan 26th to Feb 2nd, from 10am to 12am in the morning. However, at 7:30 in the morning we were woken up by the sound of hammering and drilling, that makes all of us go bonkers. I suggest if you wanna wake up so early and enjoy the noisy sounds waking you up, you shall come to the hotel to experience once. Secondly, since we were woken up so early and couldn’t get back to sleep, we went down to have breakfast. However, we waited for 15minutes to have beef phớ noodles and omelette. We complained that meals are not yet been served up to the waiters, but still, we wait and wait….until we complained again, they finally served up the meal. If you have plenty of time and not hungry at all, I suggest you could come to this hotel and experience the slowly service here. Overall, the room is beautiful and the location is nice, but please consider twice because of the bad service in Fusion Suites hotel.
