The room looked nothing like the photo. They changed our rooms twice. Second time they told us they'd put our luggage to the new room themselves, instead we found our things in the corridor and had to take them to the fifth floor ourselves. The room service didn't work. Do not recommend. Please look for a different place to stay

I stayed here for almost two weeks during my time in Istanbul. Receptionists were super helpful to me and extending my stay given my spontaneous schedule. Location is really good for tourists to explore and you can access many places easily. Room was convenient with all the standard accessories. What more do you need? Only one issue is that sometimes Wi-Fi disconnects (reception quickly resets) but it wasn’t a problem for me but might be for someone who is working. If you are looking for straightforward and unfussy place - this is for you!

This little hotel is very charming and clean.The service is friendly and it feels like you're being served by a younger brother. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and quite sufficient for a comfortable stay in Istanbul. the location is great fr most things: the metro is nearby, the Galata Tower is round the corner, as are lots of cafes and restaurants. I would happily recommend anyone to stay here.

I could describe this hotel only like "Acceptable". Generally its quality worths its price - this hotel is very cheap, we've paid only 80 euro for 3 nights. But clean is very important for me so I couldn't say that I'd like to stay here again. Also I definitely couldn't recommend this hotel to my friends. Advantages: + Good location (5-10 minutes to Istiklal or Galata bridge). + Pleasant staff on the reception. + Warm room (it's important in February). + Tea, coffee, sugar, mineral water, kettle, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, etc were provided. Disadvantages: - Our room wasn't cleaned well. I've found hairs on my pillow and mattress. Also I've seen a big spot of mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. - The small window goes out into the courtyard. Birds live there and they stay lots of droppings everywhere. In the very first day I've curtained this window and haven't parted the curtains for whole staying. The view was really disgusting. - The drain in the sink and shower was partially clogged. - Poor soundproof so we heard every sound in the hall. It was a big problem at night when people returned to hotel.
