Location was great with multiple transport options. Plenty of bars and restaurants which are a short walk away. Staff are super helpful and friendly. We got in ard 10.30am and were able to check into our rooms by 11am. Rooms are actually much smaller than the pictures indicate. Breakfast was good but having stayed 5 nights was a little repetitive. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Would recommend but you have to put up with the small rooms

The hotel is great, amazing location, a rooftop venue for the views, nice staff, and very clean, though we booked a last-minute room through agoda and got room 204. It was clean and tidy and well provisioned, the shower is good and the bed is comfortable. The wifi worked well, and all in all, it was fine for a few nights. But, and it's a big but, the room had no natural light. The one windows looked into the near black central air space and, as such, allowed no natural light in at all. So when you awake in the morning, you feel like you are in a cave. So I would recommend the hotel, but avoid this room and any other that do not have an external view.

The location is very good and the service is very considerate. Don’t miss the breakfast area on the eighth floor, it’s a great place to get close to Galata Tower.

Booked here very last minute (on the day!) for a 3 night stay after having to leave another hotel (crazy loud music until 4.30am!!). We absolutely loved the hotel - everything was great, including the room, the breakfast rooftop area, the staff were all really friendly and helpful, and the area was quiet yet super central. It was my birthday while staying there, and without saying anything they noticed (I assume from my passport) and gave me a happy birthday cake/song over breakfast. A really lovely surprise! Overall really great and would recommend!!

The worst hotel I have ever tried in Istanbul..its location is nice and close to Galata Tower and Taksim Street, but unfortunately dealing with customers and service is very poor..there is no one to unload bags from the car. Cleaning of rooms is poor, towels were not changed until the last day. The breakfast menu is short and the food was not fresh, but the view from the roof is just beautiful.
