We used to enjoy eating at this place, but during our latest visit we witnessed a repeated behavior that turned us off from this place. On a hot Saturday, we decided to eat here and walked in without a reservation. We were prepared to wait for the table, but we were not prepared to see callous and snooty attitude of the front desk employees. We saw them almost cruelly turn away two families with young kids because the kids were wearing a pair of shorts. They preferred that they wore at least a khaki cargo short. We saw that the attempt at reasoning fell on deaf ears who really did not care to understand that boys will wear shorts during hot summer and eating out if perhaps one of the many activities these families might be undertaking on that day. One of the families had to go to one of the shops in the same strip mall to get a suitable pant for their son. At first, we found it amusing that men with cheap suits were turning down perfectly reasonable clothing choices made by appropriately dressed families. But then we found that behavior repulsive. We lost our appetite for this place and walked away. While in the parking lot we saw another family walk in with a 5 year boy wearing a pair of shorts. I can understand higher standards for dinner, but to turn away these families for lunch on a hot weekend meant that this restaurant is forever scratched off from our places

The hotel is new and clean. It is also a nice and quite place. But, it has only one mobile number contact address and it was switched off. We want there without having full info about the hotel, the services and the prices. The staffs need a professional guest service training.
