Everything was great, clean, comfy, such an easy location next to the train station. Rooms are tiny - if you have a lot of luggage as we did, it will be a bit of a challenge. But good value for money for sure.

The hotel seem very new and it is very clean. Staff is very friendly, and they offer coffee and tee in the reception and other paid drinks. If you don't want room service they offer you a beer free of charge. The problem is the heating that is central and we cannot control it well from inside our rooms. We turned it off as we were sweating inside the room but it barely makes any difference. The windows open just a litle bit and it is hard to let the air circulate. There is a ferris wheel right outside the apartment which leaves the room exposed so we need to leave the curtains closed all the time.

Very very basic - very little room amenities (there was a hot water pot, coffee, tea, soap, shampoo), wall USB ports, small safe and that's basically it... The double bed had a dip in the middle, I kept sliding into it during the night. I stayed during winter - the heat was unbearable. I could not turn it off, slept with the window open (with snow piled up outside), no blanket and was still hot. The shower is nice, but does not have a curtain - the entire room gets flooded with every shower. No shelf for toiletries - or a hook to hang a bag from. The room was clean and smelled nice. There's an ironing room in the 5th floor. There is free street parking which is very limited. I ended up parking in a parking structure paying 18 Euro per day. I had several interactions with the staff - not very helpful or pleasant. There's a self check in kiosk, which is nice, considering the unhelpful staff. There's a close s-bahn station and some restaurants around. No hotel breakfast. Not the worst hotel, but there are definitely better options to check out.

At first I thought it will be maybe loud because of the train station which is near but I didn't hear any trains nor the cars so I had good sleep. You get a free beer if you don't use cleaning service and yeah free beer is a free beer. For 3 nights I don't need cleaning service. Overall everything was very good check-in was fast receptionist are helpful zero complains from me. Check-out is even faster just throw card into the box and you go. Just keep up good work.
