We were really happy about our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and nice service. The team was really friendly. We also recommend the breakfast, which was delicious and convenient. Perfect location to discover the city and its surroundings. Maybe the team could work on the elevator and the smell around the corridors. But we would definitely come back and are thankful for the great experience.

I stayed in this hotel. The room wasn't bad. It had great heating and was spacious. One of the beds very uncomfortable. Unfortunately we forgot a pair of shoes. I sent three emails, I called to get their feedback and to date no one has ever responded to me.

The best thing about this hotel is it's location. It's a few meters away from everything a tourist would need. The metro and bus stations are just across the hotel. There are several good restaurants that are right beside it. There's an Edeka supermarket (5 minutes walk) and several other supermarkets within a few minutes of walking. The beds are comfortable and clean. But the building itself is quite old and in dire need of repairs. Even if it's along main busy streets, it was very quiet (at least in the room that we stayed in).

Very poor hotel space and terrible service. Absolutely not consumer oriented. And I had a reservation for 5 days, but due to a family situation, they had to leave 2 days earlier.. I wrote about this to the hotel 3 days before arrival. They didn’t even answer anything, and remained completely indifferent to my situation, and charged my card for 5 days of stay instead of three. I was left with a bad impression of their attitude towards guests. I will never stay at this hotel again.
