One of the worst experience I've ever had. If you don't mind waiting 45 mins for a room with a broken ac when the weather outside is 1 c outside and the an additional 1.5 hrs for them to check MULTIPLE rooms to find a working room for you. Good luck finding a manager as he "apparently" doesn't work on most days. Definitely DO NOT recommend find any place other than this one.

Good for value hotel. Location was convenient and amenities were provided. Hospitality and staff were welcoming. Rooms were okay, quite small but worth the money nonetheless. Loved the breakfast buffet!! It mostly had food I liked although I'm a picky eater. There's also a few konbinis nearby which were very convenient. Will come again next time I visit Osaka!

Lol, no. Never again. Dinky room with weird boxed in corners making it feel even smaller. Window was closed but I could feel a cold breeze, not to mention the noise when some bikers passed by. Bathroom both small and weirdly short? 10 am check out? Please. Also, weirdly modern lobby for such obviously not modern rooms. Stay here if you get the room cheap I guess. It’s not a good value.
