Very dirty room and not clean..old belding..every where small cockroach even in side spon and fork and knife and towel and my beds...even free i never go back there again...all my body is itching...bad experience for me

Rooms and staff are good. Location however is not that great. Not suitable for families or couples if you ask me.

If you are looking for a place that you want to make your own dining, it is perfect. Clean and tidy rooms with open kitchen but no food served, either you have to make your own or order takeaway. This is also another advantage for your budget, you dont pay extra money that you pay in the hotels.

This hotel is like an apartment, the wifi worked well but not all websites are accessible. The rooms are not excellent but of average. The cleaning of rooms gets done every 2 days instead of daily. The bathroom hot water is intermittent which is terrible cause its hot and suddenly cold, then hot again and suddenly cold again! The location is good but its very difficult to get to Taksim square if you want to walk as its up a huge hill. The receptionist was kind and welcoming. I personally will not stay here again. I did not have a good experience with this hotel and I do not recommend it. First of all, it is in a very high slope street. So, do not think that you can walk to taksim. The street gets very noisy as it has trafic. The owner is a very bad behavior guy except Kareem. He does not speak english. The bathroom had water leak from upstairs. Water was keep coming down in bathroom. I told them but they did not care at all!! Few guys are seating in lobby always so I did not see it safe for my family. The cigerret smell is always there. The wifi keeps disconnecting and slow. Again, they do not care about guests.
