This is a lovely Georgian house. My room was on the top floor. I have a weak knee, and the many stairs were a challenge. That said, the room was pretty, my single bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed. Close to restaurants and shops, it is well located. For the price, and only having a single bed, I would not choose to stay again. However, that is based on the many stairs and single bed. I did book a single as it was all they had left, so that is not a complaint.

I had been looking forward to our trip to London and had read some good reviews about this place. Location was very good but unfortunately, once we were given the keys to our room (room 42) , my excitement vanished. For starters, the room was very small for the price. Was looking forward to have a shower after a long day walking around town but the shower had no hot running water, some parts were broken (very disappointing for a four star hotel) and the sink kept dripping throughout the night. As it was very late in the night we proceeded in placing a towel in the sink to stop the tip tap of the water. We were awoken very early by the cleaners outside our room making quite a racket. As the room we were in was in the basement, you could also hear every footstep upstairs. Breakfast was nice and on a positive loved the fresh orange juice. We left more tired than when we checked in. Will not be returning.

We loved staying at the Georgian House Hotel! Our room and shower was quite spacious, which was unexpected. The staff was able to hold onto our luggage as we arrived very early in the AM. They were very helpful with answering our questions and was available. Everyone from the wait staff to the housekeeping were very friendly. The breakfast at the hotel exceeded our expectations! Delicious! We stayed in Room 11 and loved it. We felt we were in a safe area and it was close to Victoria and Pimlico gates, all within walking distance. We are really looking forward to coming back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Georgian the first week of September. Staff was really wonderful, helped us out with directions and calling a taxi whenever we needed it. Breakfast in the Pimlico Pantry each morning was excellent, especially the Eggs Benedict! We were in Room 39 in the basement, the Wizard Chambers, and our ten year old son loved it! The rooms were decorated in a very Gothic feel, and the bunk beds are a nice touch if you have multiple kids. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you stay in London.
