Me and my family stayed at the hotel last month and we enjoyed a lot. The location is nice, there are parking lots nearby if you’re renting a car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us the best! If you go to Tel Aviv make sure to check this guys out.

The rooms not so bad, need better cleaning. Service-wise the night receptionist (lady) is a disrespectful and miserable person. Never in my life and travel experience have I ever received such an attitude. If you go in and out of the hotel you get complains, if you speak with your cellphone in the lobby you get shut down. Everything that comes from that lady is said in a bad tone. She shouted at me and my little kids in a way i’ve never seen before truly one of the worst experiences I ever experienced even taking photos of my children as if they were criminals. Hope they consider this and take some extreme measures against her and her service towards the public. In the meanwhile not recommended.

We've rented an apartment from "Raphael Hotels" company in Rothschild Boulevard 109 and the experience was completely horrendous and abandoning. We had to overcome a week without water or internet (basic life services). The owner just kept saying that they would fix the issues and it passed more than one week. They are non responsive, inefficient, and non cordial at all. The apartment is in a bad state, dirty and with broken furniture.

Nice studio, great location,good price value. Flat (101)was quiet large including Kirchen,fridge, Microwave, Coffee & tea supply and cooler. AC/heater available. TV & Receiver and Safe too. Bath products as well. Carmel Market 2min away. Staff very friendly & supportive. Note: reception/Check-in Not at Location, @Alenby 6 around 10min Walking away and entrance to studio from Ha'Ari street 28 with Code entrance. Due to confusion staff was very helpful and a superfriendly employee came to bring the Keys with an E-Bike to the Studio. Check out usually by 11 am. Train station Hagana 20/25min walking (Airport) and Bus 4 very usefull. WiFi was available but a lil weak. Flats are cleaned daily including new towels but nevertheless could be improved-) Price value for superexpensive Tel Aviv is very good though. So therefore very recommandable. Advantage excellent Central Location.
