Reasonable pricing, tidy rooms, excellent showers. Self-check-in and out, with no human contact unless in case of emergency. Abundant gaming activities available, creating a good ambiance for a relaxed staycation spot.

Upside= Self Check in/Check out via kiosk machine. Fast and easy to use. Less hassle Clean interior. Just in front of Sunway Pyramid. Surrounded with lots of eateries, banks and convenient mart. Excellent water pressure with hot water. Downside= Room is very small. Not justified with pricing. Noisy Aircon compressor. Only found out that there is a recreational room for in house guest. Only discovered after check out 🤦. No TV or Astro channel. Only have 1 bedside table. No other table to keep other things. In general, if just stay for 1 nite, you consider but if more than 1 nite, better look for other hotel. Pricing is the main issue.... Simply over priced. I was charged RM120 per nite. Will I return to this hotel, not sure but probably as my last option.

First time had a great experience. Second time not so good, air cond really loud unable to sleep at night. The PS5 down cannot use. Still have free hot drinks machine but the quality of the hot chocolate seems deteriorated. Probably changed to cheap chocolate powder. Scariest part is the hotel whatsapped me saying my friend was looking for me and know what room number I am staying in despite me not telling anyone my room number. Really hope that they can improve on these aspects. WhatsApp reply was pretty fast for most services

Hotel has an unmanned check in procedure which does not work properly .System could not identify our booking at the time of checking We stayed in room no 301 and started leaking water from the A/C and our clothes and other stuff got wet . We had to move to another room with all our luggage in the middle of the night .No maintenance staff available at the hotel Very disappointed Not worth for the money paid You will find hotels with better facilities within the vicinity
