The staff are so kind and lovely. Very accommodating. Amazing food, pool, room, and location near the port and main road but quiet. Best free breakfast I’ve possibly ever had. The chef was accommodating to vegetarians. They cleaned the room at 8pm per request as I forgot to put the sign to make up room early in the day. Incredible place to stay in Gili, away from the noise but waking distance to the nice beach to swim and nightlife.

I recently had a fantastic stay at your hotel! The pool was absolutely delightful, providing a refreshing retreat. The central location made exploring the city a breeze. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, with Ena standing out for her warmth and attentiveness. Kudos to the entire team for making my stay memorable!

A beautiful hotel to stay at. The location of the hotel is brilliant, it’s just walking distance from the ferry port. The rooms are decently sized and the bathroom is also big enough. Having balconies in each room is a very nice gesture from the hotel and gives a good view of the sky changing colours as the sun goes down. In terms of the food, for breakfast there are only a couple of options for vegetarians one of which is just a bowl seeds with fruits & another being wraps without the eggs option. Hope they add a few more vegetarian options to their breakfast menu. Did not have any of the other meals at the resort so cannot comment on that. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all, highly recommended to stay at this resort while in Gili Trawangan.

Just wanted to mention that the female manager is very rude and was not helping us to work towards a solution. We have booked 3 nights with our family of 4. My 2 kids love to swim. But the swimming pool was under maintenance and couldn't be used. So we couldn't use the pool at all. We booked the suite and 1 regular room. The way the manager just says "it's not my problem" shows very little professionalism and hospitality. I don't understand how this woman can be a manager.
