Great spread of a traditional Turkish breakfast. Room we stayed was clean but small. Getting to the entrance was a bit of a challenge due to steep stairs and our suitcases. Service was good and they have someone 24/7 if needed. Our flight arrives late and they made our check in super easy even after midnight.

Stayed here for about a week. Located between steep stairs so it’s not ideal for people with leg problems/ the elderly, however, I started enjoying the walk eventually. Going up the stairs leads to a bus station and was perfect for getting around the city. Friendly staff, housekeeping done daily, receptionist speaks multiple languages. Asking for water in the evening costs money, which I found a little weird. Good aircon & WiFi. Good stay overall!

Best hotel you can get in, istanbul. It has access to everything all buses and metro will make your trip much easier. Staff are great and friendly. Room are nice we stayed 10 days. It was positive experience. No issues.

The hotel is simply not recommended. Everything is outdated and dirty. Breakfast staff is totally unfriendly. Didn't have much choice at breakfast. I don't know what the 4 stars got for. This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star. The photos are very deceptive, and the rooms are very small, bad, and dirty. You walk down a steep hill to get to this hotel. there is no refundable option in booking. com and that is starting because all hotels have that option. the employees are careless and neglected for their customers, especially the blonde man in reception who is unresponsive, racist and unrespectabl. It is a bad experience and not recommended for me and anyone. The pictures in booking look big rooms but in fact they are very small and no place for luggage ,there is no privacy in the bathroom and it is most of ti the door can't be locked. For me, it is an hourble experience

worst experience of all time literally in booking said that pay on property, dont know how the hell they changed it and took my money after 3 days from my credit then when i arrived it was litteraly a henhouse or mouse house i cant even enter the room without me trying to fit in and the receptionist is very un professional not even listens to what the client says cz they took the money by the way the hotel is way far in the end of sisli and you need to go arount 70 stairs so you can reach because no car can reach there literally worst experience.
