Situated in the prime location in the heart of Istiklal Avenue. The rooms are inadequately equipped and small. Water flooded the entire bathroom floor and toilet after a shower. Additionally, our room had some issues with electricity.

The hotel has a pleasant host, potentially the owner, and we feel completely at ease. Despite the room being on the smaller side, it is suitable for our one night stay. Situated in the heart of Istiklal Road, we have convenient walking access to numerous shopping and dining options.

Apart from the location of this hotel near the famous Istiklal street and the efforts of the staff to be friendly, this hotel is a disaster!!! Elevators placed in the middle of the spiral staircase, so that if you want to go to the 3rd floor you have to select the 4th floor and then, when leaving the elevator car you have to go down some more narrow and dangerous steps The rooms being tiny wouldn't be a disappointment in itself if it hadn't been hidden by the misleading photos placed by the owners in the booking sites. A very strong musty smell emanates from the bathroom which makes the atmosphere humid and unbreathable The sink in the bathroom is very small and poorly designed, every use makes it unavoidable to get water everywhere. The shower's drainage system is defective so that the used water is not completely drained after you have finished your shower. The bidet tube is badly placed which makes it almost unusable. The room have a window, but it doesn't fully open due to the narrow space between the wall and the window. The kettle is disgusting and does not make you want to use it for water that you will ingest, not to mention the poor choice of instant coffee and tea proposed by the hotel. I definitely DO NOT recommend this hotel at all even for a very short stay and for a small budget. You can find better with a little patience and further research
