I stayed here 2 different times in Oct with 2 different soccer teams. They were very accommodating and very helpful. After my first trip I had completed a survey about my stay and when I returned for the 2nd trip, they ensured my concerns were addressed. These concerns were minor things, but they still attended to them. They asked the team about our Breakfast schedule to ensure there was more than enough food for us so we didn't have to wait if food ran out and put us behind schedule to depart for games.

Got flight cancelled twice for the big storm of the new year at midnight, we booked this hotel last minute. Luckily, the reception and breakfast services are really welcome and thoughtful, which made us much less upset.

The worst hotel experience of my life! It was disgustingly dirty, the washroom was not cleaned and had zero supplies, the cheerio dispenser is soo dirty you can see the cheerios scrape the dirt of the dispenser as it hits your bowl. The creamer for coffee was sour, and the eggs and sausage were not available for us. The name is Glo, you must be aware it is because it is decorated like a fun house and the stimulation from the vibrant colours from the moment you open the door is beyond overwhelming! We requested late check out- noon, which was approved. We went to load the car at 9 by the time we returned the cleaner was in our room and it was no longer available. It was not even regular check out time!! I went to the desk explaining the distress of the chaotic colours as well as my other concerns and the man’s response was, it’s called Glo what do you expect. Not one person apologized for my complaints and Rahul was kind enough to hang up on me after he disregarded any of my complaints! Beyond rude customer service!! Please be aware, this hotel and customer service are disgusting. Picture of the fun house added.

Booking cancelled without notification, booking sent an email saying that it was cancelled by the hotel for a "no show" plus we was supposed to pay at the hotel. The price paid was higher that what we paid for the initial reservation Cleaning products left in the bathroom within the reach of children Elevator not working due to renovations The Best adresse if you wanna be frustrated during a trip. Still at the hotel and waiting for the minimum of consideration that I hope to feel as a client because as you can read below "the costumer is not always right"

Not the best hotel experience ever. My husband requires medical oxygen, which the hotel refused delivery of despite arrangements beforehand. They were of minimal help for pickup of oxygen at the end of the stay. There was mildew and black dirt (not mold) on the shower. Used utentsils in the corner on the floor. Three towels depite booking a room for 4 (on the reservation), which could accommodate 6. Buffet breakfast was out of coffee (and waffles). Not the worst stay, definately not the best.
