Botique style hotel right next to train station (5 mins walk). Staff at reception were very friendly, but when we were going to our room, the housekeeping staff were just sitting down in the seats outside the lifts and didn't even say hi when we walked past them. The room was decent. modern design but a bit worn down. 2 bottles of water were provided on arrival. This was restocked the next day as we stayed 2 nights. slippers were provided, and the bathrooms had dental kits, sewing kits, shower caps, shoe shiner, and cotton pads. Shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion provided. What was strange was on the 2nd day, housekeeping didnt give us new bottles of toiletries - they just moved our opened ones (in the shower and the body lotion by the bed) and placed them on the bathroom table again. Our shower was broken as the water was leaking through the shower head, and the water wasn't draining too well. We told reception and they sent someone to come up and take some photos but that was it. the next day we came back to the hotel, it was still the same. Hotel breakfast was decent. small selection but had a wide range such as pancakes, scrambled eggs, other hot breakfast items, cakes, fruit, cereal, croissants, pastries, a toaster to make your own toasties etc. If required, you can let reception know the day before to prepare a brekafast pack for you to take the next morning if you can't make it for breakfast, etc. This was very nice, especially if you have to set off early. Umbrellas are available by the entrance, and you can just grab 1 when you leave the hotel if it's going to rain.

Just returned from a week long stay at this wonderful hotel. Great location, beautiful pool and rooftop bar, and delish breakfast. We had to stay an extra night due to flight cancellations and staff were so accommodating and kind. Bathroom in the room was a bit small, but we overpacked. Would recommend and stay here again if we ever wind back up in Florence!

We had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. We came here on a trip to Italy where we covered a few locations and Florence was one of them. The hotel staff was SUPER nice and so helpful with giving us information. She explained in detail the area, where we should go and where we should avoid. The rooftop has a great view and they have a pool which is a great perk! I also loved the outdoor breakfast area. The room was modern and clean which are really my only two requirements! The location was also great, there's a mini market right next door, gelato shops a few minutes away and we were able to walk to all our tours within 15 minutes! Overall we had a great stay and I would come back!
