The hotel is ideal for short visits to London. The location is within close proximity to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Buses are available and you can get to anywhere in London at all times. The reception is very narrow. There are no elevators. The room was too small, however, it did not surprise me considering the price point. Cleanliness was ok and the beds were good for a deep sleep. The sound isolation between the rooms are not effective. You can easily hear everything! Toiletries were provided and they also have provided coffee and tea in the room. If you have large suitcases or pushchairs, I would say you need to reconsider! They stairs are too narrow and the room does not have enough space.

The reviews really worried me about this place, but I'll tell you why I loved it and will probably rebook the next time I'm in London. 1) Location! It's a 7 minute walk from Paddington Station 2) Value! It was by far the lowest price we could find. 3) Quiet! We had the semi-basement room (but still had a large window). It was so quiet we didn't even hear birds chirping. 4) Family Friendly! We needed to store milk overnight for the baby and they had a mini fridge. They also provided a pack n play for baby to sleep in. 5) Even though our room wasn't big, we had a huge shelf to store our things. It was super convenient. 6) Staff was always super nice to us and my husband liked that it was staffed 24/7. Cons: The doorway was too narrow for our stroller (uppababy), so we had to fold it to bring it in/out of the room. The room is very very small. If you've been to NYC or Paris, think that size. You can almost touch the walls when you're still on the bed. Stairs with no elevator. Bathroom is small, but I mean it's a bathroom okay.

My visit to Glendale was off to a rough start with my phone, and all my bank details, stolen just 30 minutes before check-in. Struggling with this ordeal and with my child by my side, I couldn’t meet the hotel’s £50 deposit requirement. However, Abdullah, a staff member, chose compassion over rules and let us check in, a gesture that brought a beacon of hope to our challenging day. The next day, despite our delayed checkout, Enzy treated us with utmost kindness, understanding our situation. This hotel might be small in sizes, but their staffs is truly grand in heart and humanity. A big shout out to Abdullah and Enzy for their extraordinary empathy and care.

The hotel was located in a quiet area, And was in a convenient walking distance to the train station. close to cafés nearby. Close by to Hyde park. The beds were comfortable the hotel room was clean and provided with clean towels the bathroom was also clean and was a decent sized sized room with tall ceilings which made the room feel more bigger. Booked at a reasonable price would definitely recommend to stay here,but if you're looking to have breakfast at the hotel would I recommend having a look around for other hotels first before booking to see whether they provide food at the hotel your booking In overall really enjoyed the stay here👍
