For those who to want to book, RUN FOR YOURSELF!!! I wana share my horrible experience at these apartments, I booked with them and I received their guest rules and I immediately applied for cancellation through Booking. I’ve waited and waited and no update came on. Until my trip day and when i was at the desk I received an email from booking saying thqt they haven’t received a response from globalstay yet! ( BTW their name is SARAI APARTMENTS NOT GLOBALSTAY HOTEL on google maps and everything!!) Anyway, after long discussion and talking to a reception who was like a robot repeating: to cancel you need to contact Booking And i was like: you guys are not responsive to booking and this is their email And he goes you need to talk to booking AGAIN!! I swear I lost my mind. But you know what? Ok I’ve not slept since yesterday and i was so tired so i said just give me the room, guess what???? I paid 1500 UED, 1000 for insurance and 600 ( which after a fight came 500 UED for early check in) The story didn’t end here. I entered the called room, and there was no WIFI, for 4 DAYS!!! and then they came to fix it, they called me when i was out on the beach and they said they will enter my apartment without me being there! I said NO I’m coming back now!!! I came back and i cut my trip which i’ve paid for just to fix the internet, i arrived at 3pm and they came to check and my door was fully opened, I’m waiting in the living room and they left, so I asked the last person who was doing nothing and just talking and laughing on his phone: ARE YOU DONE FIXING THIS THING??? he said no not yet, and he left so i kept waiting with my door opened until 5pm!!!!!!!!! I closed the door and i slept as my day was already reunited! At 7pm my phone and my door are ringing constantly i woke up so scared and i answered my phone, it was the guy from the reception saying open the door where back! Excuse me!! You didn’t tell me you will be back you just left me waiting and now I’m sleeping!! Come back later please, he called me 3 times after nonstop until I screamed: I’m sleeping!!!!! And then I opened the door and i found the same reception guy!!! And he was like we need to fix this now, and i was screaming noooo i was waiting and now I’m sleeping go away!! Guys! I don’t feel like I’m in a place where I paid money, I feel like I’m in my evil step mother’s house, they’re unbelievably rude and unprofessional, please RUN FOR YOURSELVES!!!

I stayed at Sarai apartment with my family and as soon as we walked in, the place smells bad. We went to the room and that smell is also in there. I called the person who checked us in and told him about the smell. He took me to a different room with one bed and asked me if I want to switch. I told him that we paid for one bedroom and we couldn't fit in one bed. I asked him if he can cancel our reservation and the person refused to do that. It was already 1 am and stayed until morning and checked out. They refused to refund the money we paid for six nights. Beware this place is very BAD.

It is very good for family get together to celebrate some special holiday, 3rooms for sleeping, quite nice living room for a small party. Outside there is a small yard and swimming pool, nearby is beach, love it

The good: -Spacious, quiet apartment. -Lovely pool and beach area (wish it had a jacuzzi though.) -Well stocked mini Mart on the premises. The bad; -Came off like a shady Airbnb rather than a proper hotel. Why was there a 1,000 AED deposit requirement *in cash*? Why was the Simply Comfort reception hidden away in a corner away from the others? Why did the receptionist use their cell phone to take a picture of our passports? Etc. -Mattress was hard as a rock and some furniture needed repair. -We followed the instructions for the water heater (leave it off until you need to shower, then turn it on and wait 20 minutes) but the water was lukewarm at best. -To eat at a restaurant you have to walk to the neighboring resorts.
