It is just okay overall. The room is clean but old with a carpet floor. They charge you for extra water bottles and there is no AC in my room. There is also no elevator. But the staff are attentive, has a good location, and the breakfast was nice.

I stayed here in July, one of the things I loved was the breakfast buffet, it was complementary but it was really nice, I always looked forward to it. The rooms are super clean, the staff are professionals and they are very friendly. I got a complimentary laundry service for my daughters clothes. If you are in Kigali, I would highly recommend Gloria hotel, another plus is it is at the heart of the city.
