I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite its appealing online pictures, the reality was far from it, especially considering the price. The rooms were all standard and priced at $85 each, which seemed excessive for the quality provided. However, the redeeming factors were the excellent customer service. The young man and lady at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the kitchen staff were friendly and attentive. Additionally, they assisted me with arranging a taxi for my transfer to the next hotel. In terms of location, it's conveniently situated about 10 minutes away from the Kigali Convention Centre and 15 minutes from the airport. Despite the positive aspects, my overall experience was marred by the subpar rooms, and I was so dissatisfied that I didn't even take any pictures.

Unfortunately, I can not recommend this hotel even though it has a good location in town. The rooms were not clean when we checked in - with remains still in the toilet and floors not cleaned. We had to ask for towels to be brought later the day. At night bugs were crawling in the bed and up the mosquito net. The room was cleaned the next day, but other issues remained. The personal at the reception was aware of the issues but only little helpful. The breakfast was ok with freshly made omelets, but only sweet option for the bread. All in all, I would not book here again, even though the price was tempting in the first place.

One could tell this was once a good hotel but now it is run down and needs an update... for the not so low prices, I would have expected better amenities. The food was good and staff are super polite. And the location was ideal for the purpose of my visit.
