Overall, I would stay here again if I were in Taipei. Pro: - Excellent service. The front counter speaks English and can effectively communicate. - The hotel has at least 5 convenient stores in walking distance. - Spacious - Has a safe in the room - Quiet - Has a small balcony, with washer/dryer - Kitchen, comes with microwave and fridge - Has a mobile dehumidifier, this is very handy. We leave it at the shower area and dry our clothes. Con: - No gym - Shower door can't block water completely, leaks pretty bad. - Dryer sucks, but that's expected. Any combo washer/dryer just won't work when it comes to drying. You can hang your clothes at the balcony, just ask for the hangers. - There is no direct line to the front desk from the phone in room...we asked the front desk, and even the font desk doesn't know. We suspect you can communicate through the telecom panel, hidden in the wall right next to the door.

It’s been years since we were back to Taiwan post covid. We stayed at Gloria residence for 4 nights with our one year old. It’s probably one of our favorite hotels because of the staff and its thoughtful & heartfelt service. Among all the 4-5 star hotels in Taipei, it’s definitely a hidden gem and our family will plan to come back. The hotel is centrally located, with walking distance to restaurants, hospitals, and MRT stations. The room has kitchen, living room, and even washer/dryer which makes our travel a lot easier with a kid.

Great complex, lovely room in a good location (about 10 mins walk from the station in a relatively buzzy but not too frenetic neighbourhood in central Taipei). The staff were great and very obliging, and very generous with us even after we checked out. Great indoor pool. Very clean, and helped us have a great time on our recent Taipei visit!

Amazing accommodations and even better service! Just left the residence this morning after a 6 night stay. My wife and I were totally blown away. The room was wonderful, clean and a lot of space for us. The room was well equipped and spotless. If I could give 10 out of 5 stars for the customer service I absolutely would! Every person working in the hotel was friendly and extremely helpful. I need to point out that Jason was absolutely wonderful and Gloria Residence is absolutely blessed to have him as a staff member. Jason always greeted us with a huge smile and his postivity is infectious. Thanks to all the staff, but a huge thanks to Jason. ( he deserves a promotion!) Thank you Gloria Residence! The stay was awesome and we will be back and will recommend this location to anyone Staying in Taipei!
