Superb customer service with a fantastic location. A few minutes walk to the Taipei metro and Ximending shopping/food streets. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms had modern designs, were very clean and comfortable. We were able to put 2 large luggage and piles of shopping that was purchased over a few days. The sitting area that serves snacks and drinks was very thoughtful. Lots of hotel guests, including myself, could wait sitting in comfortable chairs, have a cup of coffee/tea, and savour on snacks. It was a great place to rest and wait for the next activity. There is a con to this hotel though. The soundproofing was very bad. On my third night, there was a new group of guests that moved to the room next to mine and they chatted the whole night. I couldn't hear their conversation but their muffled voices lasted till late at night. Plus there were also screaming kids who walked past my room has no soundproofing on the door as well. For about 2 nights, I didn't sleep well ( I stayed for 4 nights).

Excellent stay at this well-located hotel. Close to MRT, Ximending area, restaurants, and is located upstairs from the “Stay Cute 7-Eleven”. The staff was super patient with answering questions about where to eat or best ways to get places. The lobby area is great for having a cup of tea in the evening while figuring out your itinerary for the next day. The included breakfast is amazing - it includes a variation of fruits, salad, fish or chicken, breads, congee, cooked vegetables, soup, cereal, coffee, tea, and juice. There’s something for everyone. You can eat a healthy and delicious breakfast before heading out for all the less healthy meals! Rooms are well appointed, showers are excellent, and everything is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

This hotel is near to Ximen station. It is beautifully done up with welcoming touches of snacks and drinks at the lounge. My children enjoyed playing the table fooseball. Staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are classy looking and clean. There is complimentary laundry service ( wash and dry laundry yourself). We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location which allows you to explore Ximen till late. Beds are comfortable and there is a snack and coffee pantry and a big seating area that you can use any time after breakfast hours. However, rooms are a bit narrow with just enough space to walk between the feet of the beds and the wall. The toilet and shower are in separate stalls and the rooms are cold (20 deg persistently even when i set the aircon to 26)
