If you travel from far away I definitely not recommended this hotel. The only good part about this hotel is their location because it near all lot of famous spot. The room is small, the air cond is not cold and fill with dust I don't even dare to open it at night I don't want to risk getting affected by virus. The room sound proof is also bad you can hear people talking from inside or outside. The room have TV buy you won't be it able to find the remote control. If you read this comment I highly suggest you reconsider your decision before staying here. Imagine traveling from a very far place but the hotel environment is so bad and even have risk of getting by unknown virus disease.

The service was terrible in all way. First of all, when I come to check in, they said I didn’t book the room but the truth is I already paid and booked on Agoda website and I show my booking number but still cost me 30 minute for them to check. Lastly is what drive me crazy, as shown in the photo, there is a door when we enter to the elevator walk way, the door was never closed on day time but during midnight when I want to exit there I didn’t see the door and I straight hit the door and my mouth is bleeding. Please put a sign on the door, the door are transparent you expect customer can see clearly?

For anyone planning for a vacation around Sunway Pyramid, this hotel is not recommended for you. People who rated 5 stars are people who are lucky, for the others who rated bad review, they have been arranged to another hotel on the other side of the street, which has a very very bad quality. I had a very bad experience with this hotel. On the first day when we want to check in, we waited long for the check in progress to be done. Then, we were given a card for our room. We went upstairs, there’s no aircond in the doorway. Then, we can’t open our room’s door, checked with receptionist, he said that the room door is broken, and we will be transferred to another hotel at the opposite of the street, which is also part of gm hotel. The new room that we had is very very small, and nothing like the picture provided in these google map photos. No window, the toilet has cockroach, very uncomfortable light source and aircond. Everything is just bad. I even cried on the spot due to how bad the hotel is, and the hotel is not what they promised like the photos in google map, and the price stayed the same. So, if you’re lucky, you will get the room that is showed in the picture, if you’re not, then you will get what I got in these pictures. Feels like a scam.
