We had a great time at the GM Premium Hotel where we were well looked after by Vivian and her team. Location is great, about 10 minutes walk from the Old Quarter and 5 minutes from the French Quarter. The weather was relatively cool so we didn't use the infinity pool or sky bar but they looked great. Staff were so attentive, best ever really. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Summary : we'd definitely stay there again.

Fabulous location for this hotel, it was so convenient to walk everywhere. The Guest Relations Manager, Vivian, is incredible. She was so helpful in assisting us to book various activities and even managed to get us a booking at a cafe on Train St to watch the trains coming through. The rooms are immaculate and the showers were the best in our Vietnam travels. The buffet breakfast and rooftop bar on level 11 are excellent. We returned for a second stay after our Ha Long Bay cruise and the staff arranged a wonderful ‘Welcome Home’ message in all of our rooms rooms. This is a real gem of a boutique hotel. All staff were so friendly and Vivian is exceptional.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. So much, that we extended our stay one more night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A special mention to Miss Vivian and Miss Mia and also to Tim who helped us book a reservation at a restaurant. We had a free room upgrade and the room was lovely and spacious with a really comfortable bed. Good gym with weights, pool (although winter had just set in so we didn’t use it - but would be great in the sun!). We also used the spa and it was very high quality and a luxury experience - highly recommend. Generous breakfast offering with options for handmade coffee, eggs, pancakes etc. Great location for exploring Hanoi. Extremely good value.

Stayed here in January for 3 nights and had an amazing stay. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The staff were attentive, helpful and very nice to chat to. They helped us organise our onward trip and allowed us to store our baggage. They were communicative and gave us recommendations on what to do. The rooms were well furnished and modern. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options and the view is great. Would definitely come back. The location is also close to the old town.

Amazing hotel in a great location. Room amenities were excellent. The Skybar was fantastic with great views of the city skyline. Most importantly the staff were amazing and very attentive. The bellhops even went out of their way to stop traffic on our arrival and escorted us across the frantic traffic. Most of all Vivian from guest relations was particularly amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks Vivian!!
